Gerald M Henry, Ph.D.
Gerald Henry, Ph.D. is the Athletic Association Endowed Professor of Environmental Turfgrass Science at the University of Georgia. He earned a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Plant Science and Plant Biology from Rutgers University and a Ph.D. in Crop Science from North Carolina State University. He is the Director of the Athens Turfgrass Research and Education Center, the Undergraduate Coordinator for the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences, and the Director of the UGA Turfgrass Management program.
