Payment information

Trade show management will accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check, cash or money order. 

Upon execution of an Application, Exhibitor agrees to immediately pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booth space. The balance of the booth space is to be paid no later than Oct. 25, 2024. For Applications submitted after Oct. 25, 2024, no booth space allocations/assignments will be made, nor will an Application be processed, until full payment for the booth is received by GCSAA.

Cancelation Policy

Booth space will be considered cancelled by Exhibitor upon the date when written notice of cancellation is received by Show Management. Cancellation requests MUST be in writing and can be emailed to accountrep@gcsaa.org.

If booth space is canceled before Oct. 25, 2024, show management will retain or collect 50% of the total booth cost.

If booth space is canceled after Oct. 25, 2024, show management will retain or collect 100% of the total booth cost.

What is not included in the cost of my booth?

  • Carpet or floor covering is REQUIRED for your booth, but is not included. You can rent carpet from Freeman, the trade show’s official service contractor, or bring your own.
  • Any furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.) can be ordered from Freeman, or you can bring your own.
  • Any utilities (electricity, water, phone, Internet, etc.) must be ordered separately.
  • Any audiovisual needs can be ordered from DMI, the trade show’s official provider.
  • Additional services, such as floral, security and photography, can be ordered from the official contractors.

IAEE Guidelines

All exhibits must conform to the International Association of Expositions and Events (IAEE) display guidelines adopted by show management. Partitions separating neighboring exhibits must remain intact.
