Chapter leaders and executives are encouraged to attend this interactive session full of opportunities to network with colleagues and hear from industry experts. There will be plenty of time allowed for information sharing and comparing chapter best practices. Lunch is included.

Two years ago, the equipment manager classification was added to the chapter affiliation agreement, and they became official members of GCSAA-affiliated chapters. Since then, what programs and services have been created to help them? What steps lead to creating value for their chapter membership? An esteemed panel will share their perspectives and experiences and what your chapter can do to create a valuable relationship with these members.
