Tyler Carr, Ph.D.
Tyler Carr, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor and Turfgrass Extension Specialist at The Ohio State University. Originally from White Hall, Ark., he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Arkansas then moved to Tennessee where he completed his Ph.D. in Plant, Soil, & Environmental Sciences at the University of Tennessee. Carr’s current research includes developing and fine-tuning cultural practices to reduce fertilizer, pesticide, water, and labor inputs in turfgrass systems.
