Career navigation is challenging for assistant superintendents. Balancing lifestyle, timing, interests, and opportunities is crucial as they plan their next career move while excelling in their present role.

Cade Cutchen and Chad Blank will share strategies for assistants to plan their future while progressing in their current position.

Attendees will reflect on career aspirations and weigh the pros and cons of various opportunities in the golf industry, traditional and non-traditional alike. Methods to identify and improve weaknesses in their skill set will be discussed with a special focus on mastering 'The Ask' for personal growth. Additional topics of discussion will include leveraging strengths through feedback and self- evaluation, the benefits of continuous improvement and how focusing on current responsibilities can enhance both short-term job prospects and long-term career success.
