(1312-01) Planning, developing, and maintaining out of play and native/naturalized Areas can be a challenge but proper execution is of utmost importance within the golf environment. Learn more about GCSAA’s Best Management Practices to ensure your course is utilizing the proper practices to ensure success. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from three successful superintendents with native areas from private and public courses alike. This will cover subject matter including science based and successful BMPs for native or out of play areas, implementing practices and maintaining quality native areas with collaboration efforts, and educating members or golfers while promoting the valuable greenspace golf courses provide.
