In New Orleans, each university will have a 10x10 booth space inside the Student Pavilion – which means everyone will have their own space to set up a banner, drop off their bags, talk to alumni, and explore the trade show floor. We hope you will join in the fun! 

Your booth space comes with:

• 10x10 booth
• Carpet 
• 6ft draped table

Priority points for 2027 booth selection will be based on total investments made from March 1, 2025 to Feb. 28, 2026.

Priority points can be earned in the following way:

Points are earned for money invested with the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), the GCSAA Foundation, the Golf Course Builders Association of America (GCBAA), and the American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA), in eligible programs and services. Additionally, 10 points are awarded for every over-night stay booked at a hotel property in the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show room block.

The following types of investments will be used to calculate priority points:

• All monies invested with GCSAA national organization March 1, 2022 through Feb. 28, 2026
• All monies invested with GCBAA national organization March 1, 2022 through Feb. 28, 2026
• All monies invested with ASGCA national organization March 1, 2022 through Feb. 28, 2026
• All monies invested with the GCSAA Foundation March 1, 2022 through Feb. 28, 2026
• All hotel rooms sold/used through the official CTS housing agency March 1, 2022 through Feb. 28, 2026

Rules regarding priority point calculation for the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show Effective for 2027 New Orleans booth selection

Priority points will be calculated for exhibitors as follows:

• Investments made in 2022 will receive 0.25 points per dollar
• Investments made in 2023 will receive 0.5 points per dollar • Investments made in 2024 will receive 1 point per dollar
• Investments made in 2025 will receive 1.5 points per dollar • Investments made in 2026 will receive 2 points per dollar
• GCSAA Conference and Trade Show hotel room block reservations from 2022- February 2026 receive 10 points per room sold/used
• Point totals for all five years and hotel rooms are added together then divided by 1000 to give current priority point total

 

The priority point deadline is May 29, 2026. Any booth space Application (along with required 50% deposit) received on or before the priority point deadline will be assigned space based on the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show priority point system. Any booth space Application received after the priority point deadline will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors who do not hold any priority points within the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show priority point system will be considered for space assignment in the order of receipt of Application and upon fulfillment of the deposit requirement.

Priority Points as an Asset

Exhibitor priority points will be assigned to the company that earns them. Exhibitor priority points are considered an asset of the company and as such are purchased along with the company. If show management is provided written documentation by a parent company showing ownership of another company with priority points, the company’s points can be transferred to the parent company.

Show Management reserves the right to make all booth space assignments in accordance with the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show priority point system. If necessary, Show Management reserves the right to shift booth space assignments after the Application has been signed/submitted, or refuse booth space to any company for the overall good of CTS. Show Management will do everything possible to help Exhibitors select their booth space location, but Show Management cannot guarantee that the final booth space assignment will not be near a competitive company or be in the Exhibitors desired location.

Show Management reserves the right to make all booth space assignments in accordance with the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show priority point system. If necessary, Show Management reserves the right to shift booth space assignments after the Application has been signed/submitted, or refuse booth space to any company for the overall good of CTS. Show Management will do everything possible to help Exhibitors select their booth space location, but Show Management cannot guarantee that the final booth space assignment will not be near a competitive company or be in the Exhibitors desired location.

The GCSAA Conference and Trade Show priority point system determines the order of exhibit booth space assignments for CTS.

Any booth space Application (along with required fifty percent (50%) deposit) received on or before the priority point deadline will be assigned space based on the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show priority point system. Any booth space Application received after the priority point deadline will be assigned on a firstcome, first-served basis. Exhibitors who do not hold any priority points within the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show priority point system will be considered for space assignment in the order of receipt of Application and upon fulfillment of the deposit requirement. 

Exhibitor priority points may be accumulated for placement on the priority point booth space assignment list. The resultant choice of exhibit space is based on the following:

• The parent company will contract for space and pay for it.
• The parent company will determine how its exhibit is listed in association publications.
• The overall length of the booth configuration must not exceed 50%, or a 2-to-1 ratio, of the overall width of the booth on main aisle frontage.
• An exhibitor may choose only one booth space per contract submitted. A booth space is defined as a single 10’ x 10’ or any combination of adjacent
• 10’ x 10’ spaces, resulting in the creation of one contiguous space (given one booth number) unbroken by an aisle. An exhibitor may contract for more than one booth space, but must complete and submit a space contract and deposit for each desired booth space. Only one booth space may be chosen using priority points. Subsequent booth space will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis.
• An exhibitor may not bridge a main aisle, whether by a physical structure, carpeting, banners, etc., in order to connect its booth space with one across the aisle.

Space Assignment

• If more than one company holds the same number of priority points, the date the contract is received will determine which company shall have the first choice of booth space selection.
• Requests for space after the priority point cutoff date will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of priority points.
• No exhibitor can lose space assigned in accordance with this procedure.
• Space will be assigned on the written facts available to show management on the cutoff date.
• Show management will make every effort to accommodate exhibitor requirements. Any and all requests will be considered. However, it is our intent to accommodate exhibitors in a manner that will enable each to exhibit its products under the most favorable conditions. All final decisions in dispute rest with trade show management.

All exhibits must conform to the International Association of Expositions and Events (IAEE) display guidelines adopted by show management. Partitions separating neighboring exhibits must remain intact.

Badges

Four complimentary badges for every 100 square feet of booth space (not to exceed 280 badges).

Lead retrieval

All exhibitors receive access to complimentary lead retrieval to help gather and organize sales leads.

Qualified buyer list

Each exhibitor will receive complimentary access to a list of qualified buyer attendees prior to and after the 2026 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show.

Signage

For linear and perimeter booths, a 11"H x 17"W identification sign listing your company name and booth number.

Backdrop, side rails

For linear and perimeter booths, 8-foot-high draped background with 36" side rails, drapery.

Drayage

Show site material handling (i.e., drayage; the movement of materials from shipping dock to an exhibit booth for booth set up and then back to the shipping dock for return shipment and/or collection at end of CTS) is also included in the booth space cost noted in the Application. Freeman is responsible for drayage/material moving at CTS.
Please note: Freeman may charge additional fees for drayage after the Show officially opens. Any additional fees incurred after the Show officially opens are at the expense of the Exhibitor, as well as any/all mobile spot fees, forced carpet fees, and any fees above and beyond basic movement of freight (including empty containers, etc.) from the shipping dock to the booth and back. All other furnishings, floor coverings, and additional booth requirements must be provided by the Exhibitor, at their own expense and responsibility.

The use of any specialized equipment (i.e., forklift, scissor-lift, etc.), required in connection with installing or assembling, booth work, spotting and/or rigging will be made available for hire and charged to the Exhibitor at hourly rates noted by Freeman.

• Carpet or floor covering is REQUIRED for your booth, but is not included. You can rent carpet from Freeman, the trade show’s official service contractor, or bring your own.
• Any furnishings (tables, chairs, etc.) can be ordered from Freeman, or you can bring your own.
• Any utilities (electricity, water, phone, Internet, etc.) must be ordered separately.
• Any audiovisual needs can be ordered from DMI, the trade show’s official provider.
• Additional services, such as floral, security and photography, can be ordered from the official contractors.
• Additional off target or after show opens fees are at the expense of the exhibitors, as well as all mobile spot fees, fork lift, and any fees above and beyond basic movement of freight and empties from dock to booth and back.
