Donate an item to the online auction and put your product in front of golf course superintendents, owners and managers worldwide, including the ones who cannot make the trip to New Orleans. Proceeds support GCSAA Foundation environmental, research and education programs.
How the auction works
The silent auction is held entirely online, so bidders anywhere in the world can take part. That reach is the point: your item goes in front of golf course superintendents, owners and managers who may never walk the trade show floor, which makes a donation a low-cost addition to a marketing plan you are already running.
The auction is presented by the GCSAA Foundation, the philanthropic organization of GCSAA. Proceeds support environmental efforts, research and education programs that foster the sustainability of the game.

Your package is set by the sold value of the items you donate.

Gather your promotional materials
Two files go with every donation.
- An image of your item. The photo must be an accurate depiction of what you are donating, and any additions or exclusions belong in the product description. Send it 4 inches wide or less, saved as a jpg at 72 dpi or better. If you do not have a digital file, send a good quality photograph and GCSAA will scan it.
- Your company logo. Jpg, tif, eps or gif, 300 dpi minimum.
