Share your expertise by teaching in GCSAA's premier education program at the highly attended GCSAA Education Conference and Trade Show.

GCSAA is seeking proposals that deliver practical, field-tested takeaways from superintendents, assistant superintendents, equipment managers, educators, and industry professionals. Real-world applications and actionable learning are strongly encouraged.

Education formats

    • Power Hours (individual presentations, panels, collaborative sessions)

    • Interactive Facility Tours

Priority Topics

These topics are aligned with GCSAA competencies and member-driven needs:

    • Cultural Practices

    • Autonomous Technology and Innovation

    • Water Management

    • Labor, Recruitment and Retention

    • Pest Management

    • Bunker Maintenance

    • Budgeting and Purchasing

Varying topics are welcome. Preference is given to proposals that clearly outline attendee engagement and interactive learning.

Equipment Managers – Additional Priority Topics

Proposals submitted for equipment managers are encouraged to address practical, shop-focused topics that support safety, organization, and environmental compliance, including:

    • Secondary containment for oils, lubricants, and related materials

    • Setting up and maintaining an environmental documents notebook

    • Organizing and managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS)

GCSAA values the expertise of presenters and helps offset costs.

    • 2- or 4-hour Presenters: Complimentary registration, expense support and honorarium

    • Power Hour Presenters: Complimentary registration and small honorarium

The request for proposals ends on March 31, 2026. Proposals are reviewed by GCSAA task groups. Selection notifications will be sent in the summer.
