The USS Midway is the perfect backdrop to celebrate the start of the 2025 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show! GCSAA looks forward to welcoming you as you walk across the gangway onto the ship to celebrate the golf course superintendentās essential role in the game of golf. The Welcome Reception is presented in partnership with Syngenta.

Catch your fitness wave at GCSAA's 2025 Health in Action 5K, presented in partnership with Syngenta. The race will include the traditional chipped 5K race and a new non-timed 2K option, making it perfect for seasoned runners and newcomers alike. Enjoy stunning views of the San Diego bay while running through Embarcadero Park.

Join your fellow members at the GCSAA Sunrise Celebration, presented in partnership with Syngenta, to reconnect and celebrate the successes of the association this past year.
Keynote speaker Rhett Evans, GCSAA CEO, will recount his experiences of successfully summiting Mount Everest. In his talk āTimeās Up! Lead Out!ā Evans will share how he overcame numerous unexpected challenges during his climb by harnessing the principles of purpose, passion, positivity and perseverance and how you can use these same principles to overcome difficulties you may encounter, which can lead to greater personal and professional growth.
