Shania M Lancour, CEM
Shania Lancour is an Wquipment Technician at Sand Valley Golf Resort in Rome, WI, where she has worked since 2017. She began her career on the grounds crew and transitioned into her current role after starting as an apprentice in 2022. While pursuing an Agriculture Machine Technician certification at Madison Area Technical College, Shania also gained valuable experience at Hawks Landing Golf Club in Madison, WI. This diverse experience has allowed her to bring new skills and knowledge back to Sand Valley to maintain the resorts five golf courses and 16 grass tennis courts. Shania is currently working towards earning her EMCP level 1 certification.
