John B. Howard is the Golf Operations Director for the City of San Diego. He earned his bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University and his associate’s degree in Golf Course Complex and Facility Management from the San Diego Golf Academy. His background includes a variety of positions in golf course operations during the dozen years he has worked for the City.
