Jason M Eberhard

Jason has a B.S. in archaeology and plant and soil science, as well as a Master of Education in agricultural leadership and education from Middle Tennessee University. He spent almost 10 years in the golf industry working as an assistant superintendent and superintendent throughout Tennessee and Texas, having experience with both cool and warm season turf. Currently, he is working towards his PhD and is serving as a research associate for the turfgrass department. His research interests include soil health, water movement through the soil profile, environmental microbiology, and turf fertility. Jason Eberhardt is a Research Association in the turfgrass department at Mississippi State University. He earned his bachelors in archaeology and plant and soil science, and Master in agricultural leadership and education from Middle Tennessee University. Eberhardt spent 10 years in the golf industry working as an assistant superintendent and superintendent in Tennessee and Texas, giving him experience with cool- and warm-season turf. In working towards his PhD his research interests include soil health, water movement through the soil profile, environmental microbiology, and turf fertility.
