Brandon G. Bell, M.Ed.
Brandon Bell serves as the North America Diversity and Inclusion Lead at Syngenta Ag. He earned his bachelor’s in public sociology and master’s in education from University of North Carolina, Wilmington. Fascinated by culture and the interplay between systems and the lived experience, Bell takes a systemic and human-centered approach when delivering tailored, sustainable solutions. Over the past decade, he has partnered with leaders to design and implement equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) interventions across the civic, public and private sectors. In his work as an international consultant, speaker, and practitioner, Bell has led DEI efforts within Bloomberg, Boston Globe Media Group, Verizon Media and Women in Agriculture. In his spare time, he enjoys diving into a variety of Sci-Fi universes, creating and listening to music, hanging out with family and friends and enjoying an ultra-hoppy IPA.
