Pawel Petelewicz, Ph.D.

Pawel Petelewicz, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Agronomy Department, University of Florida, Gainesville. He earned his bachelors and masters in Horticulture as well as his Ph.D. in Agriculture from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Poland. Petelewicz was a postdoctoral researcher in Turfgrass Sciences at the University of California, Riverside prior to moving to Florida. His research focuses on effective and environmentally sound weed control strategies for turfgrass systems. His publications include subjects related to herbicides, fungicides, biostimulants, oxidative stress response and plant physiology.
