Rick Reinders
Rick Reinders is currently the Co-CEO of Watertronics, LLC, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer of packaged pumping systems and controls for markets that include, Golf, Landscape, Agriculture, Municipal, and Industrial.
He grew up in his families’ 150-year-old Turf and Irrigation distribution business and was a founding member of the Watertronics division of that business. Watertronics was sold to the Lindsay Corporation in 2008 and he stayed on as President to run the business until June of 2017 when he resigned to pursue other opportunities. Subsequently, he and his longtime business partner and founding member of Watertronics, Chip Carlson, purchased the company back from the Lindsay Corporation. In addition to Watertronics, the two are also part of the ownership group that purchased the LAKOS Company from the Lindsay Corporation.
Reinders studied mechanical engineering at the University of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He holds U.S. patents in water technologies and has completed pumping projects around the globe.
