Go From Shop to Maintenance Facility with CTEM
Monday, February 3
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Registration Required
Learn how GCSAA’s Certified Turf Equipment Manager (CTEM) attesting objectives helped transform a neglected 3,000 sq. ft. shop into a modern maintenance facility. Beginning with a thorough cleaning and assessment of the shop, possibilities for a flexible, efficient, and well-maintained facility surfaced. Using what she learned about establishing open communication with her team, Kayla Kipp, CTEM, was able to assess the situation and ask the right questions which led to a budget meeting win. Her team then used that budget to establish facility flexibility, using CTEM attesting standards to improve operations, and initializing equipment usage reports for more efficient service and preventative maintenance. You’ll hear the full report of how CTEM’s standards made an impact that you can repeat at your facility when you attend this seminar.
