Developing these competencies strengthens and stabilizes your skills for your career development and ultimately helps you improve your ability to produce results desired by golfers and the goals of a particular facility. Andrew Wilson will cover these competencies and how they are used for short, and long-term planning in reflecting on his experiences preparing for the 2019 PGA Championship.
