(1375-01) In this highly interactive seminar, we’ll work in small groups to brainstorm and engage about strategies that not only attract employees but keep them at your facility. You’ll assess your current team culture, then commit to 8 strategies to try during the next year. What makes the seminar unique and liked by past attendees is the experience-based approach to learning on topics like developing team culture, the ideal employee, interns, along with plenty of networking opportunities. We collaborate to help everyone find new strategies to try, compile them in a list and share it with the group. You’ll leave not only with this list of strategies but also having heard feedback from your peers about said list, along with new relationships for future support and advice.
