2026 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show booth pricing

Minimum booth size is 100 square feet and all second-story space is $7 per square foot.
June 13, 2025 - Priority point deadline. Must submit and make 50% deposit to receive early bird pricing

General Pricing

Standard: Nov 29 - CTS
100 sqft to 599 sqft - $37.00 per square foot
600 sqft to 999 sqft - $35.00 per square foot
1,000 sqft and above - $33.00 per square foot

Corner Fee Structure

Linear booth - no corner fee
Corner linear (1 corner - $250)
Split island (2 corners - $500)
Island (4 corners - $1,000)

Universities

Submit your booth application for a complimentary space at the 2026 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show in the Student Pavilion.

In Orlando, each university will have a 10x10 booth space inside the Student Pavilion – which means everyone will have their own space to set up a banner, drop off their bags, talk to alumni, and explore the trade show floor. We hope you will join in the fun! 

Your booth space comes with:

  • 10x10 booth
  • Carpet 
  • 6ft draped table
  • Two chairs
  • One wastebasket

What is not included in the cost of my booth?


IAEE Guidelines

All exhibits must conform to the International Association of Expositions and Events (IAEE) display guidelines adopted by show management. Partitions separating neighboring exhibits must remain intact.
