If you do not have proof of insurance, show management has negotiated an attractive public liability insurance policy good for the 2024 trade show (Jan. 29 - Feb. 1) that you may purchase through the Exhibitor Service Kit or with the link below.

For exhibitors with existing policies
If you elect not to purchase this policy, you must submit a certificate of insurance from your selected insurance carrier along with your space contract. Exhibitors should include in or have a rider attached to their insurance policies covering the period of time from the date of shipment, including the return/arrival date of the merchandise/display at the exhibitor's home base.
Exhibitors must list the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show and the Phoenix Convention Center as additional insureds:

Expired policies
Exhibitors with insurance policies expiring prior to the 2024 trade show must submit an insurance certificate to show management before Dec. 27, 2023. This contract will not be enforceable without a certificate of insurance. Failure to provide a certificate of insurance will preclude the exhibitor from participating in the trade show.
