Zach Nicoludis
Zach Nicoludis is the regional director of the Central Region for the USGA Green Section's Course Consulting Service. He joined the USGA Green Section in the spring of 2016 and is based in Columbus, Ohio. He conducts on-site visits as well as educational outreach throughout the Central Region. He has a degree in turfgrass science from Penn State University. Upon completing his degree, he worked as an assistant superintendent at St. Clair Country Club in Pittsburgh, Pa., French Creek Golf Club in Elverson, Pa., and Bidermann Golf Course in Wilmington, Del. Nicoludis went on to become the South Course Superintendent at Wilmington Country Club in Wilmington, Del., where he spent four years before joining the USGA Green Section.

Bill McCarthy
Bill McCarthy serves as the Championship Director for the U.S. Mid-Amateur and U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Championships and served as the Championship Director for the U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship from 2004 through the championship’s retirement in 2014. He joined the USGA staff in 1996 as the Director of Regional Affairs for the Ohio Valley Region. He also serves in a Rules and operations capacity at the U.S. Open and as staff in charge of the stroke play co-host course for the U.S. Amateur Championship. McCarthy also serves on the USGA Future Amateur Sites Committee for which he travels the country to evaluate potential host sites for USGA Championships. In his more than 25 years as a member of the USGA staff, McCarthy has worked over 100 USGA Championships. He has been an instructor at PGA/USGA Rules of Golf Workshops since 2012 and is the USGA lead instructor at the biennial PGA/USGA Officiating and Tournament Administration Workshop.

Scott Mingay
Director of Product – Facility Tools, USGA Green Section Scott Mingay is the Director of Product Facility Tools for the Green Section and has been with the USGA for over 10 years. He currently manages the Deacon and GS3 product lines, which he was a co-inventor of. He holds a B.S in Mechanical engineering from Rutgers University. Scott is passionate about bringing data-driven tools to the golf industry.

Bryan Stromme
Bryan Stromme is the Vice President of Agronomy for Century Golf Partners and Arnold Palmer Golf Management. He has been involved with corporate golf for over 23 years, including regional agronomic positions and national account sales. His work experience covers some of the largest global companies in golf management, housing community development and irrigation manufacturing. In addition to supporting the superintendents and teams throughout the portfolio, he continues to speak at a variety of industry events discussing such topics as career development and agronomic financial management. He holds a bachelor's degree in environmental horticulture – turfgrass emphasis from the University of Minnesota and an MBA - Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management.
