Kevin P Sunderman, CGCS
Kevin Sunderman, CGCS, is the chief operating officer for the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), joining the GCSAA team on Oct. 24, 2022. He earned a bachelor’s degree in turfgrass science at the Ohio State University and an MBA from Florida Southern College. Sunderman is a 22-year GCSAA member, working most of his career as a golf course superintendent. Achieving his own CGCS status in 2019, Sunderman served as the GCSAA Certification Committee Chair, leading the group who played an integral role in the modernization of the CGCS program.
