A focus on project planning will include current market conditions, budgeting, scheduling & sequencing, the bid process and contractor selection. This experienced duo will also cover the necessary preparations leading up to putting the first shovel in the ground and finally how contractor’s, architects and superintendents can work together during construction to keep the project on-schedule and on-budget.
