Mike Elliott, Head Equipment Manager for The Union League of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Penn., will share details about the apprenticeship program for equipment managers that they have developed. He is drawing on his more than 15 years’ experience, including his tenure at Pine Valley, to help train a new generation of turf mechanics and technicians.

Gary Bogdanski, Equipment Manager at The Sharon Golf Club in Sharon Center, Ohio, knows that even the best trained of us are always looking for ideas to improve our skills and our work environment. He’ll share how a little creativity, some simple modifications, and the use of free services can help you work towards getting the shop you want.

You’ll pick up some skills and ideas you can use now when you spend an hour with this duo of experienced EMs.
