(1374-01) Most of us believe that we are self-aware, but in this seminar, we’ll take a deep dive into why we need to be more focused on who we are and how we are wired. We’ll explore and spend significant time on how each attendee is wired reviewing their behavioral analysis (completed pre-session) and understanding more about the outcomes. Then, we’ll focus on the importance of your self-awareness and how it affects your relationships with the team, assistant superintendent, green committee, golf professional, and general manager. No matter how many years you have been “in the business” and how self-aware you think you may be, there is always more to learn about yourself, which makes self-awareness so exciting.
