(1375-01) In this highly interactive seminar, we’ll work in small groups to brainstorm and engage about strategies that not only attract employees but keep them at your facility. You’ll assess your current team culture, then commit to 8 strategies to try during the next year. What makes the seminar unique and popular with attendees is the experience-based approach to learning on topics like developing team culture, the ideal employee, and interns, along with plenty of networking opportunities. We collaborate to help everyone find new strategies to try, compile them in a list and share it with the group.
